If you want distance, accuracy, and the elimination of most pain: stretch.
Stretching is the most overlooked part of any workout routine.. maybe because you don’t really break a sweat?
It doesn’t feel like a workout?
Well, whatever the reason.. you need to quit being lazy.
Yes, I’m talking to you.
Without stretching… the following can and WILL happen to you:
- Muscles will tighten and shorten (Range of your golf swing decreases)
- Muscles will form adhesions (Think roadblocks stopping movement patterns from working properly)
- You can throw your body out of balance and cause all sorts of pain to creep in to your daily life.
- You won’t hit the ball far.
Basically, take care of your muscles and tendons with stretching, or suffer…
…Lack of distance.
So ask yourself one question: Why aren’t you stretching?
Consistency. Patience. Effort.
