Just played one of my best rounds ever (for me). Attacked greens with the most precision I have ever had. Work on the Red Zone challenge has certainly paid off. The other areas of my game could use some work and I could easily see turning an 87 into low 80's. Inconsistent off the tee and better work putting the ball should easily do it. Over 50 and can carry my golf bag for 18 holes again

A much more powerful turn through the impact area. Overall strength and decreased back pain. Approaching the high end of the 50s age bracket, this has become critical to functional living, let alone playing golf. Excellent feedback from Coach Chris in timely manner! The videos are very easy to follow. The group challenge provides accountability and that results in being consistent. Physically, I feel much stronger and am waiting for the season to begin. Self-motivation wasn't an issue. The harder I worked the better I felt and the lower my back pain. In 30* to 40* weather I'm hitting mid-summer distances and can carry my golf bag for 18 holes again. I will recommend this program to all my playing partners by simply allowing them to play with me and they can see the logo patch!

Lost 35 Pounds, GHIN goes from 6 to 0.0

Body weight control and hip mobility. Continued improvement with blood pressure and lower blood sugar due to exercise and following with better nutrition. The workouts are challenging for all fitness levels, and the motivation from Chris and Rich is invaluable. You receive the daily workouts by 6:00, then Christian knows just when to send a email to keep you focused and on track. The accountability from Chris, Rich, as well as the entire group provide a blueprint that makes failure impossible. Just like the Greasing the Groove is the secret sauce for the program the group is the secret sauce for success. When you see others succeeding with their golf and fitness goals it will bring out the competitiveness in you and make you step your game up a notch. My golf game has always been pretty good, BUT this program has taken me to a new level. I joined in March of 2016 GHIN handicap was 6, since July handicap has been under 3 and I have lost 35 pounds. At 50 I can compete with the "flat bellies". I love competition so I think if we could have a more consistent posting of scores somehow just to see where we stand within the group. Other than that I love getting the emails, facebook notifications, and reading about the success of the other members of the group. I would like for more members to participate more in the facebook post. I have had so many 1) P/D I hitting it out there with the majority of the people I play with and longer than many 2) Red Zone- gave me confidence to shoot at the flag. In the past O would play to conservative now I have the confidence to take on doglegs and really go at flagsticks. I have numerous times, most reply with the old excuse. I try to tell them if you can get up 45 minutes earlier in the morning you will live a longer and more active life. No one has took me up in it but I think I am getting close.

Lost 22 Pounds and Handicap went from 14 to 8

At 60 years old, I had lost strength and flexibility and put on extra weight. This challenge had me doing things on purpose. I lost weight, added strength and I learned to plan my meals and workouts each day. At the conclusion of the challenge, I played 155 holes in 5 days in Arizona. Strength. By the end of the challenge I was doing 80 squats, 50 pushups, 70 sit ups and 20 jump squats first thing every morning. When I did my first challenge, I had to do push ups on my knees - girl push ups. The coaches created a program that motivated me and was a "no exceptions" program. I had to be accountable to them and myself. I admit at first I hated the early morning routine. By the end, I was pretty psyched to weigh in and my coach would say only one more day or one more set. He showed me a video of a marine making the bed every day and others of Tiger and Rory working out. Loved it. It made me accountable and i wanted to do what i was told. It was great seeing other guys comment on the exercises and I got used to logging in every day. My confidence has sky rocketed. The no more three putt challenge was the most helpful as I dropped from 36 putts per round to 30. And my handicap dropped from 14 to 8. I also have lost 22 pounds since joining GA. I was well motivated. Never understood what was done with points. I thought someone was keeping track. I won the red zone challenge but did not win anything. I did great on NM3P but it was a vote. I did not vote for myself. I didn't really care but for future challenges, i think there should be a system that rewards participants for consistent points rather than improvement from first assessment. I joined a new health club during FBC or Hero challenge and a young personal trainer came up to me and said "I am impressed, that is some advanced stuff you are doing" As I was beaming with pride, he added "I wish I could get my dad to do that" I played in a few scrambles and i usually putt first to give better putters a read. After NM3P - twice I was asked to putt last because i was putting so well. I have a lot if confidence now. Yes I highly recommend it. At 60 years old i was 242 pounds and getting warnings from my doctor and my body. The challenges have motivated me and added skills and athleticism. I am now 220 and have dropped my index from 14 to 8. I payed $45 per session to a personal trainer who specialized in golf. This program is much more affordable and has two experts checking in daily and holding me to meet my goals. Send me a notice i can forward to my various golf leagues i run (50 players in Illinois)
