This morning, my abs are really, really sore… way
down deep.
Yesterday, I was working on the abs program
for the new “A-Game Body” coaching… I really
put myself through the ringer on purpose.
My goal was to test a few new abdominal and
core movements along with some full body
exercises that require ab strength.
Today, I feel everything I did… and that’s good
for you because I am certain these new workouts
will really hit the ‘spot’ for you.
Without strong abs, we open ourselves up to
a lot of potential problems …
– Shorter shots
– Low back pain
– Reduced stamina
– Lack of control
Your core, abs, and posterior chain are so
important I am devoting an entire workout just
to this section of the body.
To get you prepared for the new “A-Game
Body” I’ve put together a little program
for you to implement ASAP.
Give this little ‘endurance builder’ from the
“A-Game Body” a try at the end of your
current workout.
That’s right, do your current workout… just do this
super-set at the end of your last exercise.
[——- AB ENDURANCE BUILDER ——-]
Do each movement for 60-seconds per
side and then switch sides without any rest.
1A) Right Handed DB Swings
1B) Right Handed DB Woodchops (left
hand grabs the weighed end, right hand palm
facing up and holding handle). Perform this
like a slightly flat golf swing going from your
hip to your shoulder.
1C) Left Handed DB Swings
1D) Left Handed DB Woodchops (right
hand grabs the weighed end, left hand palm
facing up and holding handle). Perform this
like a slightly flat golf swing going from your
hip to your shoulder.
Continue through for a full 4 minutes or
until you just can’t keep going…

… Don’t worry if you struggle with the above
endurance builder… this comes from the advanced
workout of the A-Game Body…
… all of the workouts are progressive.
The A-Game workouts are my best ever.
I look forward to revealing a bit more about the
new coaching program I’ve devised.. pretty devious
on my part.. but I think you will thank me.

Don’t worry, you don’t need to be an elite golfer
to get on the list. You don’t have to be in great
shape.
You just have to have desire to get
better.
Simple.
