I‘m asked almost daily what supplements I recommend. While I’m not nutritional expert, I do a lot of research and have found some that work for me. Everything listed on this page I personally use and like. The quality is the most important aspect to me, so these supplements are higher grade than most on the shelve versions. Keep that in mind…
How many times have you bought a multi-vitamin only to see your urine turn bright yellow… and those vitamins go down the drain. The supplements I suggest today are absorbed well by the body and nothing goes to waste. With that said…
According to my mentor Dr. John Berardi, there are over 40,000 nutritional supplements for sale in the United States.
The word supplement means to add to or enhance. It does not mean ‘replace’. Supplements can potentially be useful in some regards. However, the importance and success of fat loss supplements are over estimated.
So today, I’m gonna make things very simple for you. I’m just gonna come out and tell you exactly what supplements we have our clients use when it comes to performance, fat loss, and endurance for our golfers.
One approach, and it’s a perfectly legitimate approach, is to take nothing. The truth is — you don’t need supplements. After all, they’re supposed to supplement other things, like the food you eat and the physical activity you do.
Let me present the opposite side of the coin here. Some supplements have tons of research behind them. Publicly available and valid research that anyone with an internet connection can read. Of course, to read it, you’ve got to be a doctor or extremely bored, but it can be done. That’s where good advice comes from.
Legitimate research = Evidence.
So, the two strategies that make sense are:
1) to avoid supplements altogether
2) to examine legitimate research and use that to decide what helps make you better
In all the research I’ve looked at, there are really just 6 supplements I recommend – supplements that go hand in hand for golf performance and overall health. Safety is our number one concern here as well. I don’t recommend things that are not safe to take on a regular basis.

Multi-Vitamin | Convenient day and night packs, filled with targeted vitamins, minerals, herbs, and amino acids to help bring out your most powerful self.
It is a simple equation: You want the maximum results with the minimum effort. TPC is the perfect solution.† Most “all-in-one” supplements just don’t cut it. They aren’t targeting specific systems, and the inclusion of vitamins and minerals are often at bare minimum levels. That is why recent reports have come out saying ‘multivitamins don’t work.’ If the recommended daily allowances were all we needed to perform at our best, everyone would be healthy and thriving. So we re-imagined the all-in-one daily supplement. We put together all of our best targeted formulas in a day pack and a night pack to create a tide of nourishment, helping the most important aspects of your well being. TPC is a complete re-imagining of the daily “all-in-one” supplement. Containing many of our proprietary flagship formulas to help support brain, mood, energy, bones, immune system, and joint health, taking TPC will make you feel like you have superhero tights underneath your daily attire. |

Greens | EGN is a nutrient-dense combination of some of the world’s most renowned natural ingredients. Consuming a highly varied diet of earth grown foods, particularly greens, provides the foundation to optimal health and performance. While our lifestyle and taste buds don’t always allow the inclusion of such vital vegetation, adding EGN can ensure that you have your bases covered.
Vitamin D3 | Help optimize bone health, heart health, and overall vitality with plant based Vitamin D3 Spray in MCT Oil. Vitamin D is one of those rare supplements that almost everyone can benefit from.† As many as 75% of teens and adults in the US may be deficient. The reason? The majority of people spend the working week inside a building hiding from the sun.
MCT Oil | MCT oil is one of the fastest sources of clean fuel for body and brain. With fewer steps to convert into caloric energy than carbohydrates, it is hands down one of the best ways to power up your performance or kick start a nutrition program.
MCT (Medium Chain Triglycerides) are a particular type of beneficial fat that requires minimal action from the liver to convert directly into fuel in the form of ketones. Ketones are one of the brain’s two primary fuel sources, and also a vital source of ATP energy for the body. ATP energy is what allows every muscle to move inside your body. You may have heard people discussing the ketogenic diet, which is a diet designed to help the body run on ketones (from fats) rather than glycogen (from carbohydrates). This state is called ketosis. For anyone on a ketogenic or low carb diet, MCT oil is pure gold. But you don’t need to go full ‘keto’ to benefit from ketones. MCT vs. Coconut Oil Coconut oil contains MCT’s, but only in relatively small quantities. C8 MCT (Caprylic Acid) comprises roughly 6% of coconut oil, and C10 (Capric acid) is usually around 9%. These two forms of MCT are particularly valuable because they take far fewer steps to convert to caloric energy than the other saturated fat forms found in coconut oil. Coconut oil is great, but if you really want to benefit from the fast acting fuel of MCT’s, choosing Onnit MCT oil is the way to go. |
