One of my favorite songs is “Fly like an eagle” by the Steve Miller Band. The most telling lyrics start right off with tick.. tock.. do.. do.. do.. do…
Time keeps on slippin’, slippin’, slippin’
Into the future
Time keeps on slippin’, slippin’, slippin’
Into the future
Time waits for no man, and time certainly won’t wait around for you to find the perfect time to start taking better care of yourself.
Every day you procrastinate or delay taking action is another day lost.
It’s time for a change.
I’m dedicating the next 12 weeks of my life to make a major transformation in both my personal and professional life (I’ll list some of my goals in a moment).
The timing is perfect, because the 2nd Golf Body Challenge Contest starts today. I’ll be joining all of my readers – and hopefully YOU, too – in making some BIG changes over the next few months.
Sure, almost everyone in the 2nd Golf Body Challenge Contest will be working to lose fat with the world’s best golf specific workouts, but we’re all in this TRANSFORMATION together.
We’ll all be harnessing the pillars of success – Accountability, Social Support, Incentives, and the Deadline – to take MASSIVE ACTION in our lives.
So what about you?
Is it time for you to make changes?
Maybe you have the perfect family life but you’ve let you health and fitness get away from you.. and now you just don’t have the energy to play a round of golf or to get your health and vitality back as you hit your late 40’s or even early 50’s. It’s never too late.
So let’s change.
Let’s help you transform your life, your health, and your golf game. Let’s do this – today!

It’s time for a brand NEW start – for both of us.
It doesn’t matter what we’ve done in the past. We can’t change that.
In fact, all we can do is look back and LEARN positive lessons from our mistakes. That’s the right attitude. And then we take those lessons and apply them to future SUCESS.
Past failures aren’t bad. Failure isn’t final. Failure is just practice!
Listen, I’m going to take my past failures and use them as guiding lessons to change my life. It’s time to take life a little more seriously.
We were all born with virtually no limits on what we can achieve. There is nothing in the way of our success but ourselves.
For me, a little hard work and a lot of great people supporting me, I’ve been able to build the basics of my Golf Fitness world.
It’s an awesome thing that we have all built together… this community of like minded individuals working to make golf more enjoyable for ourselves, friends, family, and anyone else we come in to contact with.
In just a short period of time, we have made a huge dent in the 1 million golfer mission.
And while things are going well with my Golf Fitness business, I could be doing a better job in eating better, being a better dad, and learning and improving more.
So it’s time for my to kick it up a notch.
And yes, I know, this is a golf fitness email list.. or at least it was “just a golf fitness email list”.
I think we are LONG past the point of where we are just fitness buddies or where you look to me for the latest research on golf performance, workouts, and nutrition.
Some of you have been with me since the beginning. Many others have just recently joined us.
We’re a golf fitness family. Golf and fitness and the two together now consume my thoughts from the instant I wake up until I go to bed. I think about you and how I can help you constantly.
And family helps each other out anyway they can, right?
So, join me for the next 12 weeks and let’s support each other. I’m going to share everything I learn – here, on the GetGolfFit.com blog, my FB page, twitter, and in the soon to come A-Game Body Membership site.
As I mentioned, I’ll be using the Four Pillars: Accountability, Social Support, Incentives, Deadline.
These pillars can be used to create change for any outcome you desire.
Harness the power of these pillars here:
