Today I’m going to share the secret of the diminutive Irishman’s power.
He may be in a slump, but there’s no denying that when he’s “on,” Rory McIlroy is one of the world’s elite golfers. You don’t dust the field in 2 major championships by accident.
He’s listed at about 5’ 10” and 160 pounds. That’s smaller than the average male and much smaller than power golfers like Bubba Watson and Dustin Johnson.
But despite his small stature, Rory bombs his drives just as far as the big boys. How does he do it? What’s his secret?
