Golf Fitness and adding yards to my golf game reminds me of when I first tried to grow my own food. I had always wanted to be totally self-sufficient, and I figured that growing my own food would be the way to go.
But I didn’t know the first thing about gardening, and I didn’t want to buy a bunch of equipment. Plus, my friends thought I was a nut.
Anyway, I took the plunge and bought a gardening course. It was much easier than I thought, and it only took me about three weeks to get everything planted. Plus, all I needed was a shovel and some soil.
The first sprouts popped out of the ground after a few days, and before I knew it, my garden was in full bloom.
What’s great now is I have an endless supply of food and all I need to do is fertilize and water it. All I did was work during the first three weeks, and that was actually a lot of fun.
I guess the only downside is that my friends who thought I was a nut always ask me how to start their own gardens!
So, if you are on the edge of starting a golf fitness program, don’t be afraid. It’s all very easy to do and doesn’t take much time, much like a garden.
