Golf Fitness: Core to Score
An IMPORTANT Message for Any Golfer Serious about Adding Distance:
If you’ve been playing golf for long, you know it’s true that…
size doesn’t matter!
You’ve seen puny punks blast drives deep down the middle and you’ve seen short, skinny fellows bomb their drives 300 yards or more.
Hopefully you haven’t suffered the humiliation of being badly outdriven by some scrawny golfer that looks like he hasn’t eaten in a month! It used to happen to me on a regular basis…but not anymore!
I got so sick and tired of being called a “short knocker” that I decided to do something about it. And after years of intense and exhaustive research, I finally discovered the simple secret to adding 30 yards (or more) to your drives faster than you ever imagined possible.
I’ve distilled what it took me years to learn into this short message. And in the next few minutes, I’m going to share what I learned so you can quickly and easily add distance to your tee shots and hit your drives L-O-N-G and straight. As it should be!
In fact, you’ll add distance to every club in your bag.
First I need to explain something: If you’re not bombing your drives deep down the middle of the fairway, attacking pins with short irons, and shoot the low scores you deserve to be shooting, it’s NOT your fault.
You’ve been misled (just like I was) by golf instructors, equipment manufacturers, and the golf media who make this simple game sound as complicated at nuclear physics! Trust me, it’s not that difficult.
Think about it. It’s not in the golf industry’s best interests for you to know the truth. The longer they can keep you confused, frustrated, and on a constant search for solutions, the longer they can separate you from your hard-earned money buying more lessons, more gadgets, and more books and magazines.
I say it’s time we tell them all to take a hike! It’s time to get down to the few simple things that will really help you hit the ball further, shoot lower scores, and enjoy this great game.
If you agree, please take a few minutes to read this entire presentation. I’m confident the “secret” I’m about to reveal will help any golfer seeking more distance and power.
Don’t be surprised when you start outdriving your playing partners and taking more of their money!
Let’s get started…
By now, I’m certain you’ve noticed that even on the PGA tour, some of the longest bombers have some of the smallest frames.
You’ll NEVER Guess How Many Short, Skinny Pros Hit their Drives Farther than BOTH Tiger Woods AND Phil Mickelson…
Just look at the current PGA driving statistics (as of this writing) and you’ll discover a bunch of pint-sized golfers who absolutely pulverize their drives.
Ryan Palmer. He’s listed at just 5’ 11” and 175 pounds, yet he CRUSHES his drives an average of 302 yards.
And he’s far from the only long bomber who’s under 6-feet tall and rail-thin.
- 2-time Major champion Rory McIlroy (5’ 10” 160 lbs.)
Average Drive: 299 yards
- Canadian Graham DeLaet (5’ 11” 165 lbs.)
Average Drive: 300 yards
- Kyle Stanley (5’ 11” 165 lbs.) – Average Drive: 297 yards
- Masters champion Charl Swartzel (5’ 11” 160 lbs.)
Average Drive: 296 yards
- Augusta native Charles Howell III (5’ 11” 155 lbs.)
Average Drive: 295 yards
- South African Rory Sabbatini (5’ 10” 165 lbs.)
Average Drive: 294 yards
- Argentina’s Andres Romero (5’ 10” 165 lbs.)
Average Drive: 294 yards
- Camillo Villegas of Columbia (5’ 9” 160 lbs.)
Average Drive: 292 yards
And perhaps the most SHOCKING fact is that all of these guys rank ahead of Tiger Woods (291 yards) and Phil Mickelson (290 yards).
Two of the greatest golfers of our generation only drive the ball 291 and 290 yards respectively – at least to this point in 2013.
And right there with them may be the smallest guy on the list Japan’s Ryo Ishikawa, who at a mere 5’ 9” and 155 pounds smashes his drives an average of 291 yards.
I don’t know about you but I was bigger than that when I graduated from high school – and I’ve only gotten bigger! (But more on my fat ass later!)
If you’ve ever seen these guys hit the ball, you know it’s true they can knock the cover off the ball…but how do they do it?
To be sure, they’re all naturally gifted and have worked hard to reach the top of their chosen profession. Let’s be honest and acknowledge that truth, but there’s more to it than that.
If you play golf for long, you’ve no doubt run across average-looking people who CRUSH their drives.
What’s their “secret”
to consistently crushing
300+ yard drives?
Are they using better equipment?
Is it the latest model driver with the biggest head and the newest technology?
That might have something to do with it. But if you hit a drive with the same club John Daly uses, would you hit the ball as far as he does? Not likely.
You might gain a few extra yards with a new club but it’s not the miracle cure the golf club manufacturers want you to think it is. It’s something else.
Is it the golf ball?
Nope. The golf ball can make some difference but you’re not going to suddenly smash your drives 30 yards longer just by switching golf balls. You know that.
So if it’s not the golf club or the golf ball, what is it?
Do they have more club head speed?
That’s it. So all you have to do is swing harder, right? Then you’ll be bombing the ball like the long-hitters, right?
The fact is that when you start over swinging in order to generate more club head speed, all kinds of things can go wrong.
You lose your balance, your rhythm, your tempo. Occasionally you might get lucky and crush a drive once in a while. But you’ll probably become more inconsistent.
When you over swing, you tend to accentuate the negative. What used to be a nice draw can quickly turn into a duck hook. And what used to be a gentle fade can turn into a wicked slice.
And we all know it’s no fun hitting your second shot from the woods. Or even worse, re-teeing and hitting your third shot from the tee. That’s not how to shoot lower scores and get more enjoyment out of golf.
So while increasing your club head speed is the simple solution to hitting longer drives, it’s a lot more complicated than wildly flailing at the ball like Happy Gilmore!
After all, think about it. Do the best golfers and longest hitters you know swing out of control? Or do they have a nice tempo? Some of the longest hitters are so smooth they look like they’re swinging at less than full-speed.
Don’t get me wrong. They definitely have club head speeds of over 100 miles per hour, but their power seems effortless and they don’t lose their balance despite the power of their golf swings.
Ernie Els comes to mind. He’s not called “The Big Easy” for nothing. He has tremendous power and hits the ball a mile but he doesn’t even look like he’s swinging very hard.
He has “effortless power” and that’s what you want, right? If you answered “yes,” then this is what you’ve been waiting for because now I’m going to reveal…
The Most Simple, Quick, and Easy Way to Generate the “Effortless Power” that Adds Distance to every Club in your Bag…
I’ll start by telling you how I discovered the key to generating effortless power.
My name by the way is Chris Henning, and today at 42, I hit the ball 40 yards further than I did when I was a younger and stronger 21 year-old.
But it wasn’t always that way…and it wasn’t always easy…
In 2006, I was in really bad shape. I worked a desk job, ate poorly, wasn’t flexible and more often than not was outdriven by my playing partners – who were often smaller and skinnier than me.
My golf game was in the toilet. Both my score and my weight were rising fast. I packed on 40 pounds and while it’s not pleasant to admit, looking back I can easily describe myself as a fat-ass.
I was spending more time watching golf on TV than actually playing golf.
I WAS IN BAD SHAPE.
I sat at a desk all day long and came home at night to sit on the couch. As a result, I developed several health issues such as:
- A stiff lower back
- Weak core stability and strength
(lack of power and balance)
- Rounded and tight shoulders
(reducing my swing arc length)
All this had a devastating effect on my golf game…
- I Lost Strength AND Distance off the tee…
- I was exhausted by the 11th tee…
- I had lower back pain AND as a result didn’t practice putting…
- I was losing hundreds of dollars in the weekly skins games…
- And my scores were rising faster than the national debt…
In short, I was embarrassed and humiliated!
And that’s when my quest to find a solution to restore my health and my golf game began. And as a result of my relentless research, I made an amazing discovery.
I knew I was in poor shape (look at my picture!). I knew I needed to do something about it – but I had no idea what to do.
So I decided to educate myself and become an expert.
I went back to school… I also attended tons of fitness conferences and spoke to experts… Studied everything I could find to gain more knowledge… Completed three fitness certifications…I soaked up knowledge like a sponge!
All this knowledge unlocked the “secret.” And when I cut through all the clutter, I was shocked and amazed to discover that adding distance and power was much easier than I ever realized.
After Years of Tinkering and Experimenting, I Finally Succeeded in Creating and Perfecting a Simple Method for Creating “Effortless Power”…
What I invented was a program that could yield results in as little as 14-days… if you follow what I say. A program that anyone can quickly and easily follow in just minutes a day.
[features_box_grey width=”75%” + border=”2px”]
The incredible results?
1. I lost 40 pounds.
2. I could hit the ball further… at least 15 to 20 yards further than my playing buddies… every drive.
3. Low back-pain, once my putting nemesis, GONE. I could now practice putting for hours with no back trouble.
4. My endurance skyrocketed, and I could easily play 36 holes a day without being tired… slow play was no longer a problem as I was just as strong at the end of the round as when I started.
5. My fitness carried over to the mirror… and I liked what I saw.
6. I turned back the clock and at 42-years old, I am able to hit it 40 yards further than when I was 21!
7. My wife loves my body transformation and I have more energy to play with my son too!
…did I mention I could out-drive all my buddies too?
After the success I achieved, I decided to put my program to the test with a group of golfers. I gathered golfers of all skill levels and formed my own test group. Based on feedback, I tweaked and adjusted the Ultimate Golf Distance Key to produce maximum results.
And the test produced…
Here’s what some of them had to say:
[features_box_grey width=”75%” + border=”2px”]
“I am in my mid forties. Last season, at the end of each round I was tired and sore. I made a resolution to get fit. I came across this programme online and have been working on several workouts for 3 months. I have seen a dramatic improvement in my stamina and my driving distance has increased appreciably.”
“After just two weeks of doing the workouts, twice each beginners workout. I can see a markable difference in my swing. I can’t tell distance yet, as I haven’t been out on the course. But I can tell the difference in my leg strength and flexibility already. It will be easily 30 yards!”
Everybody gained distance from day one!
People were hitting the ball longer and feeling better. I could feel the excitement from everyone as they buzzed about their progress.
The real question is how did they do it…
and how can YOU repeat their success?
To date, I’ve helped several thousand serious golfers improve their golf games…
Over 4,000 avid golfers subscribe to my daily blog…
and I have over 13,300 Facebook fans.
So how are these golfers crushing their drives farther than they’ve ever hit a golf ball in their lives?
And how can you add more distance to every club in your bag?
The answer is simple.
The ULTIMATE Golf Distance Key…
The key is your core – a collection of muscles and tendons between your thighs and your chest.
Your core acts as an accelerator for your golf swing. A strong and flexible core allows you to:
- accelerate through the golf swing
- generate more clubhead speed
- and add more distance to every club in your bag
It really is as simple as that. The key is not the latest golf technology dreamed up a marketing department, the newest golf training gadgets invented to separate you from your money, or more expensive lessons from someone who couldn’t care less if you get any better.
Don’t get me wrong. Technology, gadgets, and lessons all have their place and used properly they can help you improve your game, but none of them is the real key to adding distance and power.
The real key is a strong, flexible core.
Strengthen your core and improving your flexibility will do more to improve your golf game – not mention improving your general health – than any new golf club, training aid, or lesson ever could.
And regardless of what you may think, this is NOT a new idea.
Do you need PROOF?
Who’s the best golfer of this generation?
It’s Tiger Woods without a doubt, right?
And here’s what Tiger says about the importance of the core:
“For golfers, core strength is just as important as flexibility. Core muscles help control movement and transfer energy from the center of the body out to the limbs, which can obviously impact how well you strike the ball. My core training builds overall strength and flexibility and helps me maintain an ideal state of posture and symmetry.” – Tiger Woods
So the best golfer in the world devotes much of his preparation time to strengthening his core.
In fact, Tiger was really a pioneer in the area of golf fitness. Especially when he started destroying the field and winning major championship and major championship, his fellow PGA pros had no choice but to get in better shape just to try to keep up with him.
And don’t worry, you don’t need to workout out for several hours every day like Tiger and many other world-class golfers. You can start seeing results in as little as 15-minutes working out just a few times each week.
I’ll tell how you can get started in a minute but first let’s talk about why the core is so important to good golf and low scoring.
How to Add “Golf Horsepower” to Your Swing…
In his famous book “Five Lessons, The Modern Fundamentals of Golf,” legendary golfer Ben Hogan describes the golf swing as a “continuous chain of actions” that are “like the component parts of the engine of an automobile.”
And like an engine needs a battery for power so does your golf swing. That source of power is your core. You can think of the strength of your core as being similar to the horsepower of an engine.
If you want a faster car, you get a bigger engine. And if you want to increase your club head speed and hit the ball farther, the bigger engine you need is a stronger core. Adding strength to your core is like adding golf horsepower to your swing.
And the benefits of a strong core don’t stop there. Not only will a stronger core give you more power and distance, but it will also reduce your chance of sustaining an injury.
So how do you do it?
If You Want to Strengthen Your Core,
Add Distance to Every Club in Your Bag, & Shoot the Lowest Scores of Your Life…
All you need to do is follow simple, proven program I’ve created.
It’s that simple…
You need to train in way rapidly produces huge gains in distance by increasing power and endurance at the same time – and I mean rapid in two ways:
First, these workouts are short so you’ll complete them rapidly – no need to spend an hour or more working out when it’s not necessary, right?
Second, these workouts are designed to start producing results in just a few days so you’ll see rapid results.
And perhaps the best part is that this program is portable – you can take it anywhere!
You don’t need a lot of equipment, and most of the exercises can be done in the comfort of your own home or in a hotel room if you travel. And you can complete a productive workout out in as little as 15 minutes!
Here’s the bottom line: Golfers who are out-driving and outscoring you have better information than you do about what works for golf performance. And I’d be willing to wager they have a stronger core than you do too.
So if you’re sitting there right now, frustrated with how your golf game is progressing (or regressing)… and perhaps even a bit overweight. If you’re sick and tired of trying things that just don’t work…
This is your opportunity to give yourself an almost unfair advantage.
This Simple Solution Can Help You Hit the Ball Farther, Shoot Lower Scores, and Get More Enjoyment out of this Wonderful Game…
Introducing the Revolutionary…
“Core to Score” System…
Here’s All the Groundbreaking Core Strengthening Information You’ll Get:
So What’s the Investment to Add Distance to Every Club in Your Bag?
You’ll be pleasantly surprised at how affordable I’ve made this revolutionary program.
Consider some other common options for increasing distance. You could buy a new set of clubs with the latest technology. Depending on what clubs you buy that could set you back $300, $600, even $1,000 or more.
But it’s not likely to help much because as you now know, the real “secret” to adding distance and power is swing speed. Swing new clubs without increasing your swing speed isn’t going to help you hit the ball any further.
You could also try the latest golf training aid. You see them on TV and in magazines all the time. Those can cost upwards of $100 or more – and it’s questionable how well some of the really work.
Another option is to buy a series of lessons. That could cost you $60 an hour or more. That’s $300 for a series of 5 lessons. But how qualified is the instructor? And even if he is qualified, is he as serious as you are about improving your game? Or is he just passing time and taking your money?
The real problem with all the solutions I’ve just listed is that they fail to focus on what really adds distance and power to your game – strengthening your core.
My goal is to help as many people as possible increase their clubhead speed so they can hit the ball farther, shoot lower scores, and enjoy the great game of golf more than ever.
And I don’t want price to be an issue…
So at least for now, you won’t pay a couple hundred bucks like you’d pay for new clubs. It won’t cost you $100 or more like you’d pay for a golf training aid. And it won’t even cost you the $60 an hour you might pay for a golf lesson.
I’ve set the price at an incredibly fair $27.
And until August 11, to celebrate PGA Championship week, I’ve even slashed 30% off that LOW PRICE.
Your investment is only $19 when you ACT TODAY!
That’s right, for less than you’d likely pay for a single greens fee, you can get INSTANT access to the program that could be the difference between years of frustration and years of enjoyment.
